Treating our clients fairly and honestly is in our DNA, as reflected below in the ProHealth Trading Terms and the Privacy Policy which ensures the safety of your personal information.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns in this regard.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of the PPE products we sell! Should you not be entirely satisfied with our product/s you have 7 days from date of receipt to return the item to us at your courier expense. Goods are to be returned in perfect condition, unused and with original packaging. Once we have received the goods back at our warehouse you will be refunded within 5 – 7 working days directly into your account from which payment was made.
Size Exchanges: Should you need to exchange apparel for a different size, you would need to return it to us at your courier expense. Once the goods are received unused and in original packaging, depending on stock availability at the time of exchange, we will ship your exchange at the applicable delivery charge. Should no stock be available you will be offered the choice of a different item for the same value, a voucher or a refund. You need to log any returns or exchanges with us via email.
Inventory Levels: our inventory levels can be volatile due to the number of sales, seasonally, and especially bulk orders that we fulfil offline on a wholesale basis. This means we may experience an unexpected out of stock situation not yet reflected in our online shop. On the off chance this should impact you, we'll offer you a refund or credit voucher as you prefer. Related to this, if you selected a specific colour of an item that has sold out unexpectedly, we reserve the right to replace it with another, so if colour is particularly important to you, kindly contact us directly to discuss.
Online Payment: online orders are directed to our online gateway for online secure payment via Credit Card or EFT, in Rands. If you are situated outside of South Africa or simply prefer to deal with us directly, please contact us. We will quote you (also on non-standard shipping charges) and once accepted, we will send you an invoice for payment before we will ship your order. Under no condition will we ship, or refund, until funds have cleared into our account.
Delivery / Courier Fees: We use a reliable courier service and will do our utmost to assure high quality, prompt delivery and after-sales care. Fairly, we cannot be held responsible for the impact of any breakdown in power or delivery mechanisms. Each online order for delivery in South Africa is subject to a flat R150.00 delivery fee unless it is a bulk order (over R10 000), then delivery is FREE; such delivery fee being added automatically during the online checkout process. This fee may be updated and changed on our system without notice as dictated by market conditions. For orders generated outside of South Africa, we will provide a quotation, with custom courier fees, up front.
Dispatch & Delivery Time Frame: Orders are dispatched via courier from our warehouse within 2 business days (usually 1) from date of order. You will be sent the tracking number as soon as your item has been handed to the courier. Estimated delivery times to main centers will be 2–3 days from date of dispatch; outlying areas may be subject to further delays.
